2.1 — Registration and Non-Fraud Commitment

Information provided when opening an account — name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. gold888 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals from accounts opened with incorrect information. If false supporting documents are submitted during financial verification, the account will be closed without recourse.

Your gold888 account is your personal responsibility. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

3.1 — Privacy Protection

We protect your personal information with SSL encryption. If there is any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. gold888 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials.

3.2 — Account Closure and Restrictions

gold888 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances—

• If it is determined that a bonus has been systematically abused
• If financial trust is breached through fraudulent conduct
• If winnings are obtained by exploiting a software or technical error
• If a self-restriction request is made under our responsible gambling policy

Before any such suspension, gold888 will attempt to contact you and give you the opportunity to clarify the matter.

gold888 supports deposits and withdrawals via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Payment limits are as follows—

• Minimum deposit — 20,000 Ks (any method)
• Minimum withdrawal — 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — 10–45 minutes (after all required verification checks are completed)

4.1 — Withdrawal Verification

When a withdrawal is requested, gold888 may verify that the payment method belongs to you. The withdrawal may be held until this verification is complete. Third-party payment methods are not accepted — we require that the withdrawal method match the deposit method.

4.2 — Money Laundering

Using the gold888 platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited. If funds obtained through laundering are detected during a review, those funds will be frozen and the relevant legal proceedings will be initiated.

The welcome bonus offered by gold888 is 120% of the first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus as cash, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

5.1 — Bonus Abuse

gold888 monitors bonus activity closely. The following actions will be treated as bonus abuse—

• Depositing and withdrawing immediately with the sole intention of claiming a bonus
• Playing minimum-stake counter bets without genuinely wagering the bonus
• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts under different names

If abuse is detected, bonus winnings will be voided and only the original deposit amount will be returned. Depending on the case, the account may also be suspended.

5.2 — Other Promotions

6.1 — Technical Errors

If a game produces an inconsistent result due to a software error or network disconnection, gold888 may void that game and refund the amount wagered. Deliberately exploiting a software error to claim large winnings will be treated in conjunction with the suspension provisions under Section 3 of these terms.

6.2 — Restricted Regions

gold888 reserves the right to block access from any location where our service is prohibited by law. gold888 accepts no legal liability for any consequences arising from such access — the player is solely responsible.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
